  • Sort and rank perspectives of the client and communities of interest by supporting engagement e.g. Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA)
  • Solve agreed challenges with communities by helping to establish charters and join in Community Reference Groups
  • Secure and maintain the Social Licence of the client to explore, develop, operate and close mining projects by:
    • documenting existing and planned-work flow for community relations
    • consulting with employees, community leaders, specialists, political representatives, government heads and regulatory bodies
  • Strategise communication and support for key initiatives, to build collaboration, capacity and resilience of communities in:
    • operation and beyond mine closure
    • response to engagement, permits or potential non-compliance
  • Sustain the growth and prosperity of client organisations by helping report or communicate performance on social-licence objectives by:
    • reference to the SDG, EITI and norms of public reporting
    • participation in industry groups
