- Sort and rank perspectives of the client and communities of interest by supporting engagement e.g. Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA)
- Solve agreed challenges with communities by helping to establish charters and join in Community Reference Groups
- Secure and maintain the Social Licence of the client to explore, develop, operate and close mining projects by:
- documenting existing and planned-work flow for community relations
- consulting with employees, community leaders, specialists, political representatives, government heads and regulatory bodies
- Strategise communication and support for key initiatives, to build collaboration, capacity and resilience of communities in:
- operation and beyond mine closure
- response to engagement, permits or potential non-compliance
- Sustain the growth and prosperity of client organisations by helping report or communicate performance on social-licence objectives by:
- reference to the SDG, EITI and norms of public reporting
- participation in industry groups
